b) Net Banking:
- Pay through your bank's net banking service. Just select your bank and complete the payment securely on our website.
c) Cash on Delivery (COD):
- For Customers, we offer the convenience of cash payments upon delivery. Pay in cash when you receive your order.
2. Payment Charges and Discounts :
a) Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges:
- For orders with a value of under ₹999, an additional charge will apply: A higher of ₹45 or 5% of the order value.
- For orders with a value of ₹1000 and above, an additional charge will apply: A higher of ₹80 or 3% of the order value.
b) Prepaid Orders Discount:
- For prepaid orders above ₹100, you’ll receive a FLAT 2% discount, up to ₹25.
c) Advance Payment on COD Orders:
- For COD orders, an advance payment will be required: A maximum of ₹50 or 10% of the order value will be collected at the time of order confirmation.
3. Customization Orders:
- Any customisation order will only be accepted upon full prepaid payment. No COD (Cash on Delivery) option will be available for such orders.
4. High-Value Orders:
- Products with an individual value exceeding ₹1,500 will only be processed as prepaid orders. COD will not be available for these items.
5. Payment Security :
- All transactions on our website are secure and encrypted, ensuring your payment details are safe and protected.
6. Important Notes :
- We only accept payments in INR (Indian Rupees). International payments are not accepted at this time.

Q: Can I modify my order after the 30-minute window?
A: If you wish to make changes after 30 minutes, please contact our support team immediately:
- If the original order has not been prepared for shipment: The order can be modified, and the advance payment will be adjusted against the new order.
- If the original order is ready for shipment: The original order will be canceled, and the advance payment will not be transferable to the new order. A fresh order must be placed.
