  • Orders placed before 11 AM: Shipped and delivered the same day.
  • Orders placed after 11 AM: Shipped and delivered the next day.

  • Please do not accept the package if the courier bag is torn or tampered with. Retain the packaging in case of any issues requiring resolution.

b) Open Box Delivery (For Fragile Products Only):

  • To ensure you receive the correct and defect-free product, we offer an open-box delivery service.
  • Kindly record a complete video while unboxing the package. This video will serve as valid proof for any replacement requests.
  • If the product is defective or incorrect, the delivery agent will collect it on the spot. A replacement will be dispatched and delivered to you the next day.
  • Open box delivery is available within a 7 km radius of Siliguri. For locations beyond that, normal delivery will be made via our trusted courier partners, which typically takes around 3-7 days.

c) Accurate Details:

  • Ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate to avoid delays or delivery failures.

4. Shipping Charges :

a) Within a 6 km Radius (Local Siliguri Orders):

  • ₹30 Delivery Fee for orders below ₹499.
  • FREE Delivery on orders of ₹499 or more.

b) Beyond a 6 km Radius:

  • ₹70 Delivery Fee for orders below ₹699.
  • FREE Delivery on orders of ₹699 or more.
