Replacement Policy:

1. Eligibility for Replacement:

a) Normal Delivery Products:

  • Replacement is available for products delivered via normal delivery if they are found to be defective or incorrect upon receipt.
  • To initiate a replacement request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

b) Open Box Delivery Products:

  • For Open-box delivery, any defective or incorrect items will be replaced immediately during the delivery process.
  • The delivery agent will collect the defective product, and a replacement will be dispatched for delivery the next day.

c) Non-Warranty Products:

  • Non-warranty products are not eligible for replacement under any circumstances.
  • To determine if the product is covered by a warranty, we recommend referring to the detailed product description available on our website.
  • This will provide you with information regarding the warranty status and any applicable terms and conditions.

d) Proof of Defective or Incorrect Product:

In order to process a replacement request, customers must record a single, continuous video that clearly shows the following:

  • The packed parcel in its original condition, ensuring there are no tears or damage to the packaging.
  • The bill details are clearly visible.
  • The unpacking process, showing the entire contents of the package.
  • Any defects or incorrect items should be visible in the video.

Please note that edited videos or videos recorded in multiple parts will not be accepted as valid proof. The video must be continuous from start to finish.

2. How to Request a Replacement:

  • Use the "Return Tab" under the order section on our website to submit your request, or email us at gadgetsaathi@gmail.com.
  • You will need to provide a video as proof showing the damaged or incorrect product.

3. Replacement Process:

  • Once the returned product is received and passes quality checks, a replacement will be dispatched in 1-2 days.

4. Courier Costs

  • As we currently do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will need to send the product to our provided address at your own expense.
  • Please note, the return courier charges will be borne by you.

5. Shipping and COD Charges

  • Refunds for Shipping and COD charges are not applicable.

 

Cancellation Policy :

1. Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placing them.
  • Cancellations will be processed with a ₹50 processing fee, deducted from the refund amount.
  • Cancellations after 30 minutes will not be accepted.

2. Refund on Cancellation:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 working days as per the payment gateway norms.

1. Warranty Coverage:

2. How to Claim Warranty:

  • For warranty claims, visit the nearest service centre with the product packaging and invoice.
  • Any warranty claim from Gadget Saathi will be honored only if stated in the product description.
  • To claim a warranty, you need to bring the product to our given address, where a quality check will be conducted.
  • Replacement will be provided only after successful verification and strictly within the mentioned timeframe.

3. Conditions for Warranty:

  • The product must be free from external damage to qualify for warranty service.
  • Replacement under warranty is subject to quality checks and will be processed only within the given timeframe.
